After Monday’s tough upper body focused we had a tough leg focused workout today!
ADW
10 laps lite jog
Interval Ladder 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, with Abs as actitive recovery on the :30
4 sets of :90 seconds of heaven ab training
Everything on :30 seconds goes 4 sets of leg circuit
single leg lunges on a speed box with 15lbs. kb
RDL’s with curl
Squat and up right row
4 sets of Double arm KB swings with plank series on the :30 to finish up!
