I am happy to announce that Head Elite Training Trainer Anthony Barbera will have 2 weekly posts here! Anthony has been with Elite Training for a year and will be finishing up his last semester at West Chester University this Fall. He has already completed his degree in Nutrition and has worked with some of our current clients on designing meal plans and squashing food and supplement myths!

Each Monday he will offer a new nutrition tip. Furthermore, on Fridays he will update you on some of the Personal, team and athlete trainings that he is involved in during the week. So expect a lot of advice, pics and videos of trainings from Anthony.

We will update when ever we have some news or something to share (Sorry to say we have a lot to say! haha) but we are looking to come up with a more regular topic schedule.

Topic schedule so far:

Tuesday: Rugby Camp updates (Every other Tuesday Wayne)

Wednesday: Wayne’s Training updates
