  1. Please consider balance, neuromuscular control, and propriocption training before you teach a soft landing to optimize the female athlete’s lower body; assuming there no challenges at the ankle or hip.

    • We do! Not going to post online everything that we do. Soft landings are late in the progressions. Just a taste of what we do and how we do it. Thanks for checking in.
